Matcha tea is a variety of green tea that Japanese growers grow away from the sun, the leaves of which are hand-picked and then transformed into powder through the use of stone mills.

Thanks to this process, the precious matcha tea comes in a very fine and fragrant powder, with an intense emerald green color and is particularly rich in vitamins, mineral salts, chlorophyll and carotene.

Matcha smoothie: Babingtons recipe

Our recipe is very simple: a few ingredients, a few minutes of your time, a lot of flavor!

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon of Matcha powder

3 scoops of pistachio ice cream

1 pear

4 ice cubes

Procedure:

Pour the ice cream into the glass of the blender, then add the chopped pear, add the Matcha tea and finally the ice cubes.

Blend at maximum speed for about 2 minutes.

Pour into a glass and your Smoothie will be ready to be enjoyed in your favorite place!
