Description
Fruit, fruit, fruit! This healthy and refreshing herbal tea is made with hibiscus, rose hips, orange and lemon peel and green apple. Created to be served iced, you can enjoy it all day long as it contains no caffeine.
HOT METHOD
Quantità: 15/20 gr per 1 lt of water
Temperature: 95°
Infusione: 5-6 minutes
Filter the tea, leave it to cool and then put it in the fridge. Before serving put 2-3 ice cubes in a glass, poor the iced tea over them and add the flavors you prefer (fresh fruit, berries, slices of orange or lemon, sugar). Season to your liking with sugar, lemon or orange slices, fresh fruit, mint leaves
METODO “ON THE ROCKS”
3/4gr per one glass of iced tea full of ice cubes
Temperature: 85°
Infusione: 2-3 minuts
Filter the tea, add all the flavours you like (fresh fruit, berries, slices of orange or lemon, sugar) and pour into a glass full to the brim with ice cubes. Enjoy! This way the ice melts more slowly and will not water down your tea! Season to your liking with sugar, lemon or orange slices, fresh fruit, mint leaves
