“HOT” METHOD Quantity: 15/20 g per 1 lt of water Temperature: 95° Infusion: 3-4 minutes After infusion, let the tea cool to room temperature before placing it in the refrigerator. When serving, place 2 or 3 ice cubes in a glass and pour the iced tea over it. Season to your liking with sugar, lemon or orange slices, fresh fruit, mint leaves
“ON THE ROCKS” METHOD 3/4gr for a glass of tea filled with ice Temperature: 95° Infusion: 3-4 minutes Pour the tea directly into a glass filled to the brim with ice.
