Description
The intensity of the flavour and red colour of rhubarb and the elegance of Darjeeling black tea, blended together, give us this extraordinary tea, ideal for sipping iced. Rhubarb is a fascinating plant, widely used in England and the Nordic countries, it has a typical sour and fresh flavour, excellent for a thirst-quenching and regenerating blend.
“HOT” METHOD
Quantity: 15/20 gr per 1 lt of water
Temperature: 95°
Infusion: 3-4 minutes
After infusion, let the tea cool to room temperature before putting it in the refrigerator.
When serving, put 2 or 3 ice cubes in a glass and pour the cold tea over them. Season to your liking with sugar and fresh fruit
“ON THE ROCKS” METHOD
3/4gr for a glass of tea filled with ice
Temperature: 95°
Infusion: 3-4 minutes
Pour the tea directly into a glass filled to the brim with ice. This way the ice melts more slowly and will not water down your tea! Season to your liking with sugar and fresh fruit
